Cara brings over 25 years of multifamily industry experience and has overseen diverse portfolios in Texas and California.
Her previous experience includes working with private owners & industry leaders such as Capstone Residential, Bridge Property management, Carter – Haston Management. During this time, she directed operations on various assets, including class A luxury, new development/lease-ups, multi-million-dollar value-add projects & affordable communities.
Cara brings a wealth of experience in devising strategies to increase financial performance by implementing strategic, agile approaches. Cara is a long-standing member of the Texas Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. She is currently a CPM candidate.
