Christi Smith, originally from North Carolina, relocated to San Antonio, TX in September 2021 after graduating from high school. She quickly immersed herself in the multifamily industry, securing a job with Emerge Living in December 2021. Starting as a Leasing Agent, she worked her way up to Senior Manager, striving to learn and grow under great mentors. Currently pursuing her real estate license, Christi holds an associate degree in business administration. Despite her short time in the industry, she achieved “Property Manager of The Year” within her company in 2023. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her two German Shepherds, creating family memories, and making homemade goods.
