Dean Adams is an accomplished leader with more than 30 years in the multifamily industry. He is experienced in value-add, reposition, disposition and new construction lease-up. Dean has first-hand knowledge of multiple Texas and Florida markets. Prior to joining Emerge-Living in 2025, Dean’s tenure includes operational roles with Camden Property Trust, Equity Residential and Northland Investment Corporation. Dean has a passion for leadership, developing teams and providing results.
