Phong is an experienced marketing professional who brings over 20 years of marketing experience focusing on developing and executing data-driven strategies that have led to significant growth in brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. Phong has experience in building and leading teams to support content strategy, brand design, communications, and events utilizing martech stacks brought together by the latest automation technologies. Phong holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University and an MBA from the University of Houston.

With a direct line to executive c-suites and governing boards throughout his career, Phong has extensive experience creating and executing annual marketing plans and budgets while tracking those plans against various KPIs and developing detailed reports for decision- making. These plans include creating go-to-market strategies by identifying buyer personas, value propositions, and sales enablement.
